etheral sniff on a different pc

It seemed this is a general kenel problem. 
I found this problem also in the new SUSE version 9.3 (kernel 2.6.11) 
The last kernelversio i have tested and the network work is 2.6.8.1 
 
The Problems seemed at part for incommign network massages. 
I have sniffed the nework packages on another host an i can see the outgoing
packeges. 
I see also the answer with the sniffer. but the packages seems to cam not in.

In the file you can see the arp packages snifft on the other host an his
answer.
this answer did not recived by the pc with the defect kernel-module
