Unfortunatly this changeset is part of a much much bigger reorganization of the
entire
input layer and it is too much of a change to port to 2.6.10 at less than 3
weeks from
release.

There is a very old bk snapshot (around 11rc1) in universe that is not supported.

This bug will have to wait hoary+1
