PCI: Address space collision

I'm having trouble with ubuntu installed on a Dell OptiPlexGX1. The 
relevant portions of dmesg output are:

PCI: Probing PCI hardware
PCI: Probing PCI hardware (bus 00)
PCI: Address space collision on region 8 of bridge 0000:00:07.3 [840:85f]
PCI: Using IRQ router PIIX/ICH [8086/7110] at 0000:00:07.0

and

pciehp: acpi_pciehprm:get_device PCI ROOT HID fail=0x1001
shpchp: acpi_shpchprm:get_device PCI ROOT HID fail=0x1001

I haven't found any reference in kernel-bugs.mbox neither in Google.
