Not /etc/interupts, but /proc/interupts.

I edited /etc/defaults/irda and set the ENABLED-line from false to true. Now,
after a reboot, I can find "4:      14034          XT-PIC  serial" in
/proc/interupts. Shouldn't this work with only "modprobe irtty_sir"?
