Well, with current breezy and the new improved 2.6.12.4 kernel, the system hangs when

- press tab (for autocompletion) or "-" key 

- switching from one virtual console to other (related with press the "alt" key I think

This not happen always, but frequently, 2-3 minutes working with the console is enough for this.

Other problem without any aparently reason hangs the system

ATA1: command 0x35 timeout, stat 0x50 host_start 0x4
