Are you still trying to boot with acpi=off? Can you try without it?

This new oops is in the unpack_to_rootfs() function, which is used by _every_
ubuntu system that boots. If it was broken, we'de surely know it :) Not to
mention it fails when unpack_to_rootfs() calls kfree().

Do you have the top line that is missing in the photo. Something like "Unable to
handle kernel paging request" or similar? Maybe there's some other reason shown?
I need to know why the kernel decided to oops, not just where it oopsed.
