I booted Dapper Flight 2 AMD64 live CD on a HP DL385 (2 cpu, rackmount,
Opteron). The Tygon 3 GBE network cards were not detected at boot, and the
modules were not loaded. I modprobed tg3, and they worked. I believe my
previous experiences with live CDs involve them DHCPing an address.
