That wasn't sarcasm, I really am not understanding how we are able to disagree
on something which is so clearly documented.

If it was just one person who didn't get it then I would be able to just write
it off, but when both comments seem to misunderstand the man page in the same
way I wonder why.

The bug report was an honest attempt to help you guys fix a typo in one of your
scripts.  I don't see why it's being met with such resistance.
