I have installed Hoary 5.04 on a friend's desktop-PC.
It has a wireless card - that under MS-Windows gets DHCP-address
via main-computer in house.

Hoary 5.04 did not support the wireless card.
lspci & dmesg - gave text having the following strings (hand written)
 AR5212
 802.11abg NIC
 Athero COm Inc.

My friend also tried the Auguest-17 version of Breezy,
just the first installation steps until-networking
and the card is still unsupported.
