Yes, they do. After some time my machine stops (almost) working.
First few times I thought that it hang, but this is not the case.
The machine just craawwwlllsss. It is still possible to switch in and out of X
and even shut it down properly (if you have time...). The cursor in X moves very
slowly
and you can even try to shut some program down or save your work (my case).
I've discovered that the couse is (probably) a constant stream of these and
similar messages
all concerning invalid or out-of-range owner_id from ACPI. This thing is new. I
was running 
2.6.12 before on my ASUS M6Ne and it was working fine for some time. It had some
problems with ACPI
shutting down machine just in the middle of the boot-up but then for few
revisions it just worked.
Then first the radeonfb modules stopped working after one update (no more
high-res graphics console here)
and then this issue showed up. I'll be happy to help diagnose this. I'm running
breezy with pure 
distro kernel. No closed source modules. The bios has some issues in DSDT,
so I'm running patched in initrd DSDT table and it works perfect in 2.6.10.
