Ok, for the first problem, I had a look at bug #7619 and set up the same trick
ie reload the usb modules after resuming.
I put the line:
rmmod uhci_hcd && modprobe uhci-hcd
at the end of /etc/acpi/sleep.sh

and now it works usb mouse is ok after each resume

For the second problem, the reason was that I have less swap than ram (I saw bug
#8855), after having increased my swap size, this problem disappeared
it would be nice to have sleep.sh stop sleeping and put an error message if
there is not enough swap space.
