As I explained earlier in detail, this problem couldn't occur due to ntfsresize
unless Windows was hibernated. In that case Windows indeed destroys the resized,
consistent partition during dehibernation.
The latest ntfsresize version is able to detect hibernated Windows and will
refuse resizing. It also includes several other significant, often asked
enhancements. The major ones are listed here:
http://mlf.linux.rulez.org/mlf/ezaz/ntfsresize.html
BTW, I always run my highly diverse and extensive automatic ntfsresize testsuite
which supposed to cover all possible resizing scenarios (many thousands
different cases) before each official releases.
