Last drivers are 8.14.13

Now ati drivers in breezy are the same as in hoary.
We must update as soon as possible this drivers to anticipate the support of new
hardware for breezy release !
More and more people with ati card can't have decent 3d support for their ati card.

This is the reason why i ask that the priority of this "bug" to be "normal" and
not just "enhancement".
