I Picked pcmcia-cs off from the Wrty Cd.  I also downloaded the debian packages.
 They all work, except for the one in Hoary.

Namely
Warty: pcmcia-cs_3.2.5-7ubuntu7_i386
Sarge: pcmcia-cs_3.2.5-10 
Sid:  pcmcia-cs_3.2.5-11

Not working:
Hoary: pcmcia-cs_3.2.5-8ubuntu6
