  * Bumping Standards Version

    * Adding *.install *.dirs *.doc files, removing *.files
  * Removing unneeded postinst script
  * Renaming libglpng.copyright to copyright
  * switching from `pwd` to $(CURDIR) in debian/rules
  * get section in line with override
