silc-server (1.1.16-0ubuntu1) karmic; urgency=low

  * New upstream release:
    1.1.16:
    - IDENTIFY command reply didn't save userinfo correctly
    - IDENTIFY command reply didn't save client correctly
    - handle SIGNOFF notify for local clients correctly
    - increment stat.clients statistics whenever adding new client
    - do not create dynamic connections on non-dynamic server
    - Fixed operation context NULLin in disconnect.
    - Take stream reference correctly in packet error callback
    - Remove possible packet error timeouts in EOS callback
    - Added debug logs for updating stat.clients value
    1.1.15:
    - Don't decrement my_clients when killing or expiring a detached
      client.
    - Cancel future rekeys on a detaching client connection.
    - Send resume notifications to previous owner server when client
      resumes.
    - Fix use-after-free condition when reconnecting silcd to router silcd.
    - Don't count detached users in server local user count.
    - Use primary router when sending WHOIS packet if client->router is NULL
    - disconnect packet errors with random timeout
    - Cancel silc_server_connect_to_router_retry when connecting.
    - Mark outbound initiated server to server connections as local.
    - Assert that the client count is positive prior to decrementing it.
    - Add ``ExternalIp'' config directive to ServerInfo tag
    1.1.14:
    - fixed memory leaks
    1.1.13:
    - Disconnect problem: Mark incoming connections immediately local
    - Fixed server/backup router reconnecting
    - Make packet stream reference counts 32 bits.
    - Fix double free in silcd.
    - avoid double free if silc_id_id2str fails.
    - fix memory leak on dlist allocation failure.
    1.1.12:
    - Fixed backup router shutdown crash
    - SKE: Verify initiator's public key always
    - Packet streams: make packet handling callback pointers read only.
    - Fix NULL pointer dereference on stack allocation failure.
    - always drop privileges, even in foreground mode.
    - Handle failed memory allocations in packet sending
  * debian/control:
    - don't Build-Dep on libsilc-1.1-2-dev, use libsilc-dev instead
