If you can commit your ibm-im and ibm-was layers to </span>lp:~ibmcharmers, i'd be happy to take a look. If that's not possible, please send the output of 'charm build -l DEBUG' from your layer-ibm-was directory. by other IBM software (eg: WebSphere) that utilizes IBM IM for their install.
