Rename charm name from Sme to SME

To throw weight behind this, it's not the only charm that fails product
guidelines for example:

WordPress
MySQL
PostgreSQL

Top of head, this has been discussed in the past with no real resolution.
Seems now is a good time to revisit a metadata.yaml display-name field.
