vsphere support

Well if using MAAS would be easier, I'm happy to do that.  I actually just hadn't
considered it a possibility, but I see at

that it may be :)

I wonder what would be the difference in range of charms that I can actually use
if I use MAAS vs directly use juju vsphere support.
