MySQL charm bugs

I just saw a couple of bugs targeted at Juju that were about the MySQL
charm:
 https://bugs.launchpad.net/charms/+source/mysql/+bug/1670431
and
 https://bugs.launchpad.net/charms/+source/mysql/+bug/1670430

I retargeted them at the mysql charm. Is that the correct place to put them?
