Bootstraping Rackspace

Thanks, Mark! By interactive bootstrap, do you mean interactive add-credentials? If so, I think it already exists for RAX, but isn't quite spot on yet. It looks like I should be able to get bootstrapped with the information contained in the bug link in Rick's response.
