juju 2.0 and vmware

Hi All,

I have 16.10 running in a container and am testing this against our
datacenter using the docs found here:

https://jujucharms.com/docs/2.0/help-vmware

Which advises the following config:

This does not work.

Now I look at the source and discover that "dc0" cannot be some
arbitrary string, it must be named "Datacenter".
