Login to charm store/charm tools push broken

I was also able to replicate this problem and opened commented on the
issue Tom opened up:
https://github.com/juju/charm-tools/issues/211

If there are any Charm Store folks that can comment on the group
interaction in Charm Store auth that would be helpful.
