Readme file changes in Charm store

Hi Suchitra,

Your charm at https://jujucharms.com/u/ibmcharmers/ibm-db2/trusty/ is now updated. Our ingestion process was stuck. We have the relevant log files and will try to determine what caused the process to stop. But our first priority was to get charm ingestion working again.

In the coming days we’ll closely monitor that process so we can act quickly if it hangs again.
