Kevin and I spent some time reviewing the IBM WebSphere eXtreme Scale charm.

The ibmwxs charm had some issues with not verifying the checksum if the
configuration values were empty, and the start hook not being called after
config-changed.  Also despite the name "Extreme Scale" the charm does not
have any relations or open ports, so the service is very limited from a
Juju perspective.
