Issues with juju add-machine and destroy-service

Greetings Dinesh,

After following up on today's post about wordpress exhibiting similar
errors, I'm concerned as to the unit state reporting error in juju status
yet when you attempt to resolve juju is responding the unit is not in
error. This seems like there's a larger systemic issue that I haven't
encountered before.

Can you perchance send a bundle over to reproduce how you've deployed the
services? I'd like to attempt to reproduce this and see if we can't get a
proper bug filed against the unit reporting error then complaining its not
in error when you attempt to resolve the problem.

Thanks!
