Issues with juju add-machine and destroy-service

I tried juju resolved but got error unit not in an error state.

Sorry press send too early, once its resolved from the error state the service should be able to die at that point and everything will disappear with it.

juju resolved saikuanalytics-enterprise/0

I am using juju manual environment. After deploying a charm, it is showing failed in agent-status section but agent-state is started, what does this mean? When am giving destroy-service, the service is going to dying state but not destroyed completely. And also am facing “ERROR machine is already provisioned” while adding a machine at times.
