[Review Queue] platform-symphony

Hello Juju people,

I spent a lot of time reviewing the latest IBM charm platform-symphony.  It
was an excellent start but in the end did not pass my review. Read more
about it here:  https://bugs.launchpad.net/charms/+bug/1459213

I could see that they needed a little help with the markdown so I created a
branch to clean up the formatting and markdown errors:
https://code.launchpad.net/~mbruzek/charms/trusty/platform-symphony/readme

I linked that to the branch for an easy merge.
