I reviewed the IBM was-nd charm today.

This is another charm that users must download a binary before deploying
the charm.  I contest that this is a bad user experience, but we are
working with IBM to make that better.

The was-nd charm did not meet some policy and best practices and needs more
work.  The next iteration should be better.
