[Review Queue] docker + cassandra

I spent some more time in the review queue this week. Reviewing two charms
this time.

docker
A new branch was submitted for review.  This one merged cleanly but the
tests raised 3 problems.  I created a merge proposal to solve one of the
problems but the author will have to look into the other two.

precise/cassandra
Antoni had an update to the precise version of cassandra that I have
reviewed in the past.  The changes looked good to me so I gave this one a
+1.
