Marco and I caught up a few weeks ago re the MySQL charm and its
current status and ownership.

End result was that we agreed that development of this charm would
fall under the openstack-charmers team; this is a subteam of the main
charmers team, so anyone who can already commit to this charm will be
able todo so, but we'd like to move mysql onto the same three month
release cycle [0] as the rest of the OpenStack charms set.

We'll be creating a /next branch under the openstack-charmers team
soon - the next release point will be for 15.04 (15.01 just released
[1]); we're also going to do the same thing for rabbitmq-server and
percona-cluster charms.

Please note that all changes should be made in the next branch first;
bug fixes into the standard branch location are OK - but by doing next
first, we avoid introducing a bug regressions by mistake at release.

Hopefully this will further reduce any regression risk of introducing
significant changes into the mysql charm.
