Right, but that being said there is no series 'utopic' I could use to push
a non-official charm to help our Sameer.

If the plan is to support that we need to open that up to provide a space
to publish to that series.

In the end though, as someone maintaining charms I'd prefer to stick with
LTS releases as official charms and allow users to use the local charm
deployment method for unsupported series. I'd be curious to hear what other
charm maintainers are thinking.
