New documentation page: Working with Units

Hi everyone,

I've started to consolidate commands that deal with specific units in
a new page on the docs. This will include juju ssh/scp and juju run.
It's freshly committed so it hasn't generated on the doc site yet, but
you can check it out here:

If you are using juju ssh/scp or juju run in a particular clever way
please add it to this page or just let me know and I'll add it.
