Bootstrap fails on hpcloud

Hello,

I was testing juju stable (on trusty) today with hpcloud. It took me a while first to get past the "Launching instance" stage. I had to use juju-metadata to generate-tools and generate-image for the Ubuntu LTS 14.04 partner image on hpcloud.

Anyways, juju got past that tell the launched instance started 'apt-get upgrade'. It upgraded some packages fine but then failed at the below. Anyone knows what could be the problem.
