juju-core 1.17.7 is released

Jerff looked healthy. It deployed streams.canonical.com last night. I
can see it has already found the ppc64el and armhf deb that were
publishing at ports.canonical.com.

Report this as a bug. The developers need to check this wont be an
issue going from 1.18.0 to 1.18.1
