Evolving charm names and configuration options

Hi Folks

Within the OpenStack charm set we have a charm called the
'quantum-gateway' - this was written sometime ago prior to the rename
of the OpenStack Quantum project to Neutron, and along with a load of
configuration options that are prefixed 'quantum-' I'd really like to
rename the charm and options to start with neutron to align with the
upstream project name.

I don't believe that Juju has any built in way to deal with this type
of transition but it would be really nice if it did.

Anyone else have this challenge and if so how are people dealing with it?
