[ANN] Amulet 1.9.0

Hello,

I'm happy to announce the Amulet 1.9.0 release. You can install and upgrade
amulet from the juju stable ppa:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:juju/stable
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install amulet

For all other users, amulet is available in pip

pip install amulet

These are the commits included in this release:

f88f85d Add Deployment.destroy(...) method
a12f3a8 Be smarter about getting name of the charm under test
5a699e6 Use constraints from bundle file when load() is called
28bd57f Removed obsolete test.
7efec49 Don't copy .git directory when making a local charm.
