Manual provisioning is here, doc reviews wanted

Hi everyone,

With manual provisioning we can finally deploy to any Ubuntu box that
has an ssh server. This is a big milestone, people can now deploy to
boxes in a closet, or perhaps a handful of boxes without having to
worry about the complexities of MAAS/OpenStack. Andrew Wilkins has
landed a first cut of the documentation here:

I'd like to start getting this page some peer review before we
announce the release more widely. So if you have some VPSes, hardware,
or perhaps a cloud provider we don't support handy and want to give it
a shot, I'd love to get some feedback on this page (and of course on
the feature itself!).
