jujucharms.com DNS issues affect some users, GUI

Hi all.  A DNS change for jujucharms.com is taking a bit longer than
usual to propagate (more than 24 hours so far).

This means that, for many users, going to the jujucharms.com site will
not resolve properly.

Also, the Juju GUI may have difficulty deploying charms for you.

If you encounter problems, switching to a fast DNS server like Google's
should help (https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using).

Otherwise, the change will eventually make it out to you and fix the
issue.  We can't provide visibility on when that will be, but hopefully
it will be within hours.
