Orphaning all of my charms

It is with much sadness that I must orphan all of my charms.

Its not that I don't want to keep making them more awesome, but there
are just too many priorities between that desire and reality. I can't in
good conscience keep hold of these charms as "maintainer" when I don't
even have time to read all of the bug reports.

Rather than doing a mass bug filing, I figured I would just send an
email here.

These are the charms:

nagios
ceph
haproxy
memcached
puppetmaster
puppet
mediawiki
loggerhead
munin
mysql

There may be others, these were just the ones I could find in my local
charm repository.

If you would like to adopt one, please file a bug stating that, and
then simply commit a change or submit a merge proposal to change the
maintainer field, referencing said bug.
