One thing I brought up a couple times is that the revision file should not
be required (https://bugs.launchpad.net/charm-tools/+bug/1154334). It
causes unnecessary conflicts when merging back and forth from different
branches, and according to Gustavo the Charm Store and Juju itself work
just fine without a revision file inside the charm.
