Series support will become useful to amazon users starting at the next
release.
Support for simple constraints is minimally present, but again only on
amazon and only starting with the next release; but, thus far, only the
first machine started actually honours them, and service constraints are
not used.

For users running on tip, the story wrt series is slightly different; it
is currently present for amazon environments, but is very hard to use
effectively in dev mode due to incompatibilities between tip and the
latest released tools; in practice, it is very useful if you're running
precise and barely useful at all if you're not. Once we've released some
public tools that can handle it, and until we break compatibility with
those, it will probably be more helpful.
