[juju go + hpcloud] juju deploy, just borked?

It's a bug [0]. It should be fixed; I marked it high priority when I
reported it; I apologise for my evident failure to communicate this
clearly in previous discussions.

I've taken the opportunity to put it in our kanban TODO column for this
week; I think a fix has a good healthy bang/buck ratio, especially as
we're trying to encourage people to try go juju out at the moment.
