Sure, but how will it make sure that the service is restarted when new
content is found? Hmm, since they are on the same machine, it could
negotiate command(s) to be runned when the relation is added.

An advantage of this would be to be able to write this in something other
than bash, maybe Python, which probably have git helper libs.
