Rather than having the command and having to deal with all possible
issues with managing logs across the whole system, we might add
support for easily configuring syslog, which enables people to use
their existing knowledge and/or infrastructure to properly sort out
the volume of logs generated by the environment (or to deploy charms
for that!). That plus the "juju observe" command suggested by Tim
might handle well the use cases we have.
