Reminder to charm maintainers and reviewers: Charm Quality Rating

Just a reminder that


If you are in ~charmers and you are doing a review you should go to:

http://manage.jujucharms.com/

log in, and then click on "Quality Assessment" in the links section,
and then just select the radio buttons for the ratings.

If you're not in ~charmers but want to rate your charm, check out the
criteria here: https://juju.ubuntu.com/docs/authors-charm-quality.html

and if you want to just copy and paste the rating text and make it
reflect the reality of your charm I'd be more than happy to rate it
for you.
