What is the correct way to add relation between swift-proxy and swift-storage by juju

Sorry if that bit was confusing. As Adam said, that issue should be fixed
in the charmstore versions of the charms. This should be all you need:

juju add-relation swift-storage swift-proxy

I'll write you separately to explain what I meant.
