sjson are inline-gpg-signed metadata files. Right now we only support
signing with our official key (you can see them here:
https://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/releases/streams/v1/index.sjson
)

We are looking to add support for users to define their own public key
so they can have their own signed json files.

Right now, though, falling back from sjson to json is expected
behavior, so the WARNING should be decreased to a DEBUG message (and
has already been changed in trunk).

I do have a patch up that also helps with the formatting issues
mentioned here.
