PSA: Check your default-image-id in your environments.yaml if you're on HP Cloud

It has come to our attention that the instructions for configuring
Juju to use on HP Cloud are out of date. There are newer Ubuntu images
on HP Cloud that we should be using. Here are the regions and
default-image-id's with 12.04.2 (with fresh local mirror goodness, so
it should be much faster.).

az-1.region-a.geo-1 81078
az-2.region-a.geo-1 68481
az-3.region-a.geo-1 49850

I've updated /get-started on the website and I have filed this bug to
update `juju generate-config`:
