Relaunching weekly ~charmers meetings

Hi everyone,

The ~charmers meeting is our weekly call to talk about the charm
store, charm quality, and all sorts of good things.

In the past this was a public call/G+ that we used to have, then we
stopped having it for a while, and then we started having private
meetings for work stuff for the last few weeks. Well, enough of that
noise, we're restarting them and anyone is invited to sit in:

We'll also be recording every meeting and archiving them on youtube
for posterity, so everyone make sure you comb your hair/frosted tips
and try to look presentable. :)

Do note that we won't be making policy changes on the call, as those
should be discussed on the mailing list.
